This means we are currently experiencing essential Wallet Maintenance preventing us from sending the coins out to you at this time. If you place an order while Deposits are suspended, we can only honour the provided valuation if your coins are sent and visible on the blockchain within reasonable time. Trading Suspended – This is very rare but if this is displayed when placing your order, your order will not be processed while Trading Services are suspended. With a Bank Transfer Buy Order, your order will not be processed until Trading Services continue and your rate acheived will be determined once your order is processed. With a Card Payment or Coin Swap Order, you are locked in at an amount of coin but these coins will not be sent to you until Trading Services continue. With a Sell Order, the provided valuation will be honoured if the coins are received in reasonable time but the payment will not be sent until trading services continue.
