Community driven metaverse game, Alien Worlds Metaverse (AWM) had recently partnered with the WAX blockchain to allow digital artists to create in-game freebies. Artists will be given access to WAX blockchain’s Metaversal Art Space, where creatives can make non-fungible token game gifts. The access to the metaverse workspace is only available until the end of the year. In the announcement, it stated that any business creatives, such as graphic designers who are creating their own gaming projects, can utilise the NFT freebies to advertise their own characters, games, music and more to Alien Worlds gamers. The NFT creators can send their work to players through EOSUSA Games Butler Service, making it a great opportunity for unknown artists from any industry to get their work discovered.
Alien Worlds is a metaverse game where players can collect and use NFTs, buy cryptocurrency token Trillium to use for staking, and running for the in-game government. The game’s native crypto market investment, Trillium (TLM), is used as both an incentive for when players compete to win, and also provides players the ability to vote in the game. The current price to buy crypto token TLM in the market is $0.41. WAX blockchain is a carbon neutral network with a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus. According to WAX, they referred to themselves as “a lean, green NFT minting machine” as they don't use major computer systems to take a lot of energy for every transaction. The two companies combine forces to help make the metaverse more useful and rewarding.
